There are 2 spacious guest rooms with private bathroom on the first floor of the house. The former bakehouse next to the farmhouse has been converted into a guest wing with its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the saffron fields. The BOW (Bed on Wheels) is for the adventurous romantic since it could be described as an ‘alternative lodging’, with the support of Tourism Province of Antwerp. The former hay-wagon has been converted into a sleeping-place for the summer months.
The bed linen is pure linen. You will find books in the stairwell of the B&B. You can have coffee, tea and water free of charge in your room or in the communal hall. Everywhere in our B&B there is free WiFi.
Room 1
Room 1 is a spacious, airy room (27 m2) with a double boxspring bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. The room has a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, an open clothing rack and a small sitting area with sofa. The room also has a TV set and free WiFi.
Room 2
In Room 2 (22 m2) you will find finishing touches which give insight into a nostalgic look to the past. This room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a private bathroom with large walk-in shower, a small table, flatscreen TV and free WiFi.
Bakehouse
The farm’s former bakehouse has been converted into a guest wing (35 m2) with separate entry, private parking immediately outside the front door and a terrace overlooking the saffron fields.
The bakehouse is very airy and light and entirely mud-clad to guarantee a comfortable temperature all year round. There is a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, an open-plan kitchen with 4-ring gas burner and refrigerator. The bakehouse has a comfortable sitting area with a large sofa bed. You sleep under the slanted roof on the mezzanine. We are happy to provide a folding bed to accomodate a thirth person on the ground floor.
Bed on Wheels
In the summer months you can opt for our Bed On Wheels (BOW), an alternative lodging in the back of our garden. The BOW consists of an attractive, 18 m2 sleeping unit with roofed terrace. It has a double bed. Bed-and bath linen is included in the price. Breakfast is served at the farmhouse.
